According to the announcement, the store provides a unique shopping experience by incorporating personalized customer service. Trained staff are on hand to assist with selections, answer questions, and offer design advice.

American design agency Hello Mercer was brought on to help La-Z-Boy create the space, which reflects both the furniture company itself and the Chicago community. Chicago-based artist Stephen Monkemeier has created a mural on the outside of the store, using the company’s logo; on the inside, a hand-painted entryway celebrates the La-Z-Boy’s commitment to quality and comfort since its founding in 1927. In an homage to the community’s favorite pets, the pet-friendly store showcases a hero ‘La-Z-Dog’ wall.

The new store will also offer Black Friday deals and in-store offers to celebrate its opening. Visit the location at 1520 N. Halsted Street on Monday – Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
