Publican Quality Bread and Metropolis Coffee are among several vendors now open in Terminal 5 at O'Hare International Airport.

The Chicago Department of Aviation welcomed 5 new concession stands to the Terminal on August 13, with additional business including Six Points Market, InMotion, and BLVD & Branch.

Chicago-based Metropolis Coffee Company has four branches in the city and has been named "Roaster of the Year" by Roast Magazine, according to a statement from the CDA. Publican Quality Bread will reportedly offer its beloved pastries and snacks to hungry travelers.

InMotion is one of the largest airport retailers of electronic products while BLVD & Branch sells locally-themed accessories. Six Points Market focuses on Chicago and offers snacks, souvenirs, books, and travel accessories.

“We would like to thank the Chicago Department of Aviation and all our local partners for the opportunity to elevate the travel experience at O’Hare International Airport,” said Toby Keir, CEO of WH Smith North America.

“We strive to ensure that the local community is well represented in every market we operate in, and Chicago has so many unique stories to tell. This collection of stores has created an authentic shopping journey for travelers, offering a chance to take a piece of the Windy City with them.”
