It appears there will be more than just love in the air come this Valentine’s Day, as Southwest Airlines has plans to expand into O’Hare International airport come Feb.14.
The airline giant made plans to expand into Chicago’s international airport as it continues to run out of space at Midway Airport, where it is currently in the lead, offering over 200 flights per day.
Southwest’s expansion into O’Hare will begin with 20 daily flights into Baltimore, Nashville, Tennessee, Dallas Love Field, Denver and Phoenix, and the airline will offer introductory one-way deals starting from $39.
Want to get away from the cold? Next month might be the time to do that.
