Chicago ranked among top 10 US cities for sustainable coworking

Coworking in Chicago has never been greener! In a recent study by Coworking Cafe, Chicago ranked 8 among the top 10 U.S. cities with the most sustainable coworking spaces.

The study surveyed data from the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) building rating system, a framework for ranking eco-friendly buildings. Chicago is home to 10 LEED-certified buildings with coworking spaces, making it a leader in sustainable coworking nationwide.

The Aon Center is a shining example of Chicago’s commitment to sustainability, holding the distinguished LEED Gold certification since 2018. The complex maintains a green initiative, including recycling and composting, energy conservation measures, green purchasing, and hybrid car parking options.
